this hotel was almost good, until I encountered that icy ceiling fan blowing cold air, did they forget it’s winter? and thin toilet paper that tears like it's on a budget, just embarrassing! I also expected a complimentary upgrade for my 'suffering,' but obviously, that’s too much to ask. all in all, a huge letdown.

Sapporo is a feast for the senses! My stay at Comfort Hotel really hit the spot, from the epic breakfast buffet with fresh fruit and smoothies to my escapades at nearby Soup Curry GARAKU—totally met my culinary cravings! The staff were super helpful. Just steps away from bars and restaurants, I was living the dream!

While I requested daily room cleaning, I returned to a slightly messy room. Beds weren’t made, and coffee cups lingered, but it still had a cozy charm since everything else shined.

I had an amazing stay. The breakfast was really good with different menus every day. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the nearest station. Plus, they have a cozy cafeteria library for relaxing with coffee. The staff were incredibly helpful!

Convenient location near public transit and attractions.

I stayed for 4 nights and was frustrated with the laundry situation. it was always packed, forcing me to wake up at 2am to collect my laundry. The breakfast options were so limited that I quickly found myself looking for other places to eat. Additionally, the staff didn't speak English, which made communication challenging. it's surprising for a hotel that caters to international guests.

Easy parking and helpful 24-hour reception. Rooms had good air conditioning but lacked luggage storage.

The room was pretty comfy with fresh amenities and multiple USB chargers, which was super convenient. There’s enough space, and the bed was cozy. But, I could feel the thinness of the walls sometimes, and the breakfast got repetitive after a few days—more variety would’ve been nice.

Strongly recommend for a brief sojourn

Spacious room, comfortable beds, combined with the hotel's excellent amenities like free wi-fi and 24-hour reception made our stay enjoyable. Its location near a bus stop with direct access to the airport greatly facilitated our travel arrangements.
